Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay required customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned, all shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, and carrier fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection made by the customer.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, including both the return shipping cost to our facility and the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to the customer.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges incurred during the return or exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns and exchanges, as we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.
