SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

During this period, orders are packed, documented, and submitted for export customs clearance before departing from our country.

Once dispatched, the shipment will continue its journey to the destination country.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are typically issued within the same week the order is placed.

Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. Full tracking visibility usually becomes available once the package reaches the destination country and is transferred to the local carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days

Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please note:

• Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

• Customs clearance may require an additional 3–5 business days or longer depending on the destination country.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout.

Failure to pay required customs charges may result in shipment delays, return of the package, or destruction of the shipment by local authorities.

Additional Shipping Charges

Certain destinations may incur additional carrier surcharges, including but not limited to remote areas, extended delivery zones, or special airline routes.

If such charges apply, customers will be notified before shipment proceeds.

Additional Charges for High-Value or Heavy Shipments

For shipments with high declared value, large volume, or significant weight, additional carrier or customs-related fees may apply.

The shipping fee displayed on our website is a standard flat rate used to initiate shipping and customs procedures.

If additional charges apply, customers will be notified and provided with supporting documentation or invoices issued by the carrier.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay required customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned, all shipping costs, return costs, customs charges, and carrier fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection made by the customer.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, including both the return shipping cost to our facility and the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to the customer.

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges incurred during the return or exchange process are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns and exchanges, as we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.

Lost Packages

A shipment will only be considered lost after confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Claims for lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the carrier's investigation process.
